Hospitality Supply Terms & Conditions

All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated.
Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are subject to applicable taxes.
Product availability and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.

A deposit of 50% is required upon order confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The remaining balance must be paid before delivery or according to the agreed payment schedule.
Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month on outstanding balances.
Any amendments to confirmed orders may result in revised pricing, lead times, or additional charges.
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed quotation, purchase order, and deposit payment. We do not give credit.

Estimated delivery dates are provided in good faith and are subject to supplier production schedules, shipping conditions, customs clearance, and force majeure events.
Zee Zee Interior shall not be liable for delays beyond its reasonable control.

Delivery charges, installation fees, and transportation costs are quoted separately unless otherwise specified.
The client shall provide safe and reasonable site access for delivery and installation.
Additional charges may apply for difficult access, after-hours work, or delays caused by site conditions.

The client must inspect all goods upon delivery.
Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery.
Goods shall be deemed accepted if no written notice is received within this period.

Natural materials including teak wood, rattan, stone, marble, ceramics, and handmade products may exhibit variations in color, texture, grain, size, and finish.
Such variations are considered inherent characteristics of natural and handcrafted products and shall not be regarded as defects.

Custom-made, special-order, project-specific, and imported products are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production or procurement has commenced.
Stock items may only be returned with prior written approval and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging.

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation by third parties, environmental damage, accidents, or lack of maintenance.
Any warranty claim must be supported by photographs and proof of purchase.

Zee Zee Interior's liability shall be limited to the replacement, repair, or refund of the defective product at its discretion.
Under no circumstances shall Zee Zee Interior be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of business, revenue, or project delays.

Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, or supplier shortages.

Ownership of goods remains with Zee Zee Interior until full payment has been received.
The company reserves the right to recover goods for which payment remains outstanding.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thailand.

Pricing, quotations, product specifications, and project information provided by Zee Zee Interior are confidential and may not be shared with third parties without prior written consent.
